UTM Corporate Scorecard Achievement

Key Perfomance Indicator (KPI) or being said as Key Amal Indicator (KAI) in UTM is used as one of the tool for perfomance management.

Every quarterly, each unit will be responsible to report their achievement which will then be presented in the University Management Group (UMG) meeting.
