The benefits of using the standard header and footer, including ensuring that the University’s identity is presented clearly, consistently and professionally across the site.
The UTM web template is implemented through the web Content Management System (CMS). All official Univeristy web sites are being moved into the CMS and set up in the new template.
Who Must Use the UTM Web Template?
Required All web pages of UTM divisions, colleges, departments, libraries, administrative and service offices, and other official units and programs of the University (collectively known as “official UTM websites” or “official UTM web sites”)
Optional Web pages of UTM-affiliated programs and organizations based at UTM but not solely University entities (grants, for example), to indicate their UTM affiliation and as a service to their visitors.
Prohibited
– Any web page not affiliated officially with UTM
